PSOAS AWAKENING - 6 WK SERIES

In this series, we will focus on getting in touch with our deepest core strength and resilience. Most of our psoas muscles are dehydrated and not functioning properly due to poor ergonomics. This class will address reconnecting to your psoas with a hands off therapeutic approach. This muscle/tissue is responsible for ensuring your pelvis is stable, while allowing your legs to land in a way that won't require knee and hip degeneration.
