Today's research has discovered that chronic and persistent pain are a complex phenomenon, and usually not actually an issue in the tissues. Each session will be tailored specifically to the clients needs and include yoga therapy tools to work with at home or throughout their day. First session is 90 minutes, with a 30 minute discussion and a 60 minute practice. Subsequent sessions are 75 minutes($75) with a 15 minute discussion followed by a 60 minute practice session.
