Online Pain Program
Learn online with our self-guided 3 - 6 month program! This program is rich with holistic healing, practices, learning lessons, and tasks for you to address chronic conditions and imbalances in your system with Yoga Therapy! The Yoga Therapy to Heal, Freedom Formula Program is for anyone who is interested in how to activate the intelligence of their own system, while learning from the comfort of your own space.
This easy to follow online program is for anyone who wants to dive deeper into a yoga therapy practice, fine tuning their alignment, fascia, and overall wellness. You receive 200 hours of online learning (the same as a yoga teacher training program)!

Why We Are Different
Our goal is to support you in creating a safe space to nourish, find ease, and give yourself permission to do less. This is paramount for healing, and most of us are driven by our egos to do more. Our practices follow a set of principles that ensure you explore your body and mind in a compassionate, forgiving, and empathetic way.
- Less is more: In our fast paced world, we get caught up and forget the importance of doing less. Our society pushes us with expectations and we often fall into patterns that only create pain or discomfort. Give yourself permission to ease off, to do less, to just be.
- Heal @ home: When Angela was in the depths of her own pain, the last thing she could do was muster up the courage and energy to venture out of her home. She searched high and low online looking for nourishing practices she could do to heal herself. TYW offers self-guided online programs (go at your own pace), online live classes, and tons of educational information available to you in the comfort & safety of your own home.
- A newer modality: Yoga therapy (vs. yoga) is a relatively new vocation and practice, merging ancient yoga philosophy & guidelines with new age scientific research and studies. This combo creates a gentle practice, backed by scientifically proven benefits to open a space for you to connect to and play with what’s best for you.
- Safety & inclusivity: One of Angela’s personality traits has always been offering a safe and secure space, without judgement, for you to express yourself, while being upheld with unconditional love. Angela has received numerous praises on her ability to provide a practice that feels rich in nourishment and a sense of security and safety. Because of this overall energy, healing, contentment and flourishing abounds.
- Fascia, fascia, fascia!!: Fascia is our favorite topic. It is one of the most newly revered organs (our largest organ) and scientists continue to study and research the intelligence of this fascinating network of connective tissues and how it supports us from our sense of strength & flexibility to how our energy levels or mental health show up. Each practice we offer considers your fascia network and how to optimize it leading to better overall health, bodily communication, and feelings of freedom.
Wellness Workshops and Retreats
Our wellness workshops, retreats, and yoga trainings offer opportunities for deeper learning and self-discovery.
- Weekend Retreats: Immersive experiences focused on yoga & yoga therapy, meditation, and personal development. We offer a fitness and wellness retreat at Mt. Timothy Ski Hill in June and we hope to continue to offer more retreat options in the future.
- Workshops: Topics include yoga for knees, yoga for shoulders & wrists, yoga for back & hips, yoga for pain relief, meditation & mindfulness, breathwork, & so many more holistic health practices.
- Training: Whether you are interested in education or you want to take a personal journey embodying a yoga practice, our yoga teacher training(YTT) offers you enough time to integrate the teachings into your daily life, with strategically placed night and weekend classes, giving you the space to learn, while you maintain a job or family life. This 200hr training is available online or in person.
- Continuing Education: For current yoga teachers with a base 200 hour training already, we offer yoga teacher training programs that give you continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance. Whether you are interested in going deeper into psoas muscle relief, or you are looking to understand healthy aging yoga, we consistently offer online and in person yoga teacher programs to continue your education.
