Service Description

Located @ Forest Grove Community Centre. This class focuses on exploring your pain in a safe, comfortable, and even pleasurable way. We will focus on new or novel movement, while practicing pain principles so you can explore and start to let go of pain patterns and create new patterns that allow your body to feel whole, nourished, and healed.
