ANXIETY RELEASE

During this series, we will focus on specific breathing exercises and yoga postures that support alleviating anxiety and stress. Based on recent scientific research, we will use calming, cooling, and releasing techniques to promote parasympathetic nervous system response in students. As the students practice more often, their neuroplasticity will allow them to stay calm, relaxed, and at ease more often.
